Ipnosi Professional is a brand owned and operated by Pendragon International ("Pendragon", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of visitors and customers of our websites and online stores across our markets in the United States, Mexico, and Italy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including: your name, email address, and message when you use our contact form; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; and your business name, professional email, and city when you apply through our professional/distributor form.

If you make a purchase, we also collect billing and shipping information, and order details, necessary to process your order. We automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and your selected market and language preferences, through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries; process and fulfill orders; evaluate applications for professional or distributor access; send you the newsletter you requested; remember your market and language preferences; improve our website and services; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

User Accounts and Professional Registration

You can create a customer account or apply for a professional account. For a customer account we collect your name, email address, a password (stored in encrypted form) and, optionally, your phone number. For a professional account we also collect your business name, city and country, your phone number, a professional or tax identification document (such as an RFC, VAT number, license number or equivalent), a copy of that document and, in Mexico, any explanation you give if you do not have one.

Documents are stored in a private location, are visible only to the Ipnosi Professional team members who review applications, and are used solely to verify your professional status. Each application is reviewed manually by our team; no decision is made by automated means. We keep your documents while your professional account is active and for the period needed to meet legal obligations, and we delete them when you ask us to close your account unless the law requires us to keep them.

Email Communications and Consent

When you register, you can choose to receive news, tips and promotions from Ipnosi Professional by email. This option is never selected for you, and creating an account does not depend on it. If you accept, we record the date and the version of the text you accepted.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to info@ipnosiprofessional.com. Withdrawing does not affect your account or the lawfulness of messages sent before. For these messages we use only your name and email address, and we may share them with the email service provider we use to send them. Transactional emails, such as order confirmations or account approval notices, are not promotional and are sent regardless.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable (including for users in the European Union and Italy), we process your personal data based on: your consent (for example, when subscribing to our newsletter); the necessity to perform a contract with you (for example, to process an order); and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, provided this does not override your fundamental rights.
